What a terrible weekend. We encounter a few technical difficulties which were causing upload and download problems to the users. We will continue to monitor and investigate this issue.

The file server was experiencing some errors and had a downtime of 15 minutes. Everything is back to normal now and we apologies for this.

If you had noticed, there is a report file link on every download page. Please be sure to give us some additional information on the files because we would have no idea why some soccer clips are considered illegal.

We’ve fixed the bug which does not show the file size in the download window. You should have no problem knowing the progress of your downloads now. Filecrunch has over 500 members now - thanks for the support. If you had read our FAQs, members will have access to our file management tools - never lost the link to your files again. Don’t worry if you experience some problem downloading. We’re doing some configuring to the server to optimize download and loading speed. Everything is back to normal now.
